3 Weeks CNA Program (100 hours)
The Nurse Aide Training Program is a comprehensive course that teaches students skills and abilities essential for caring for patients and residents in hospitals and long-term care facilities. Graduates of this hybrid program learn to communicate and interact effectively with patients and assist them in attaining and maintaining maximal functional independence while observing residents' rights. They will learn to perform basic first aid, take vital signs, apply elements of basic nutrition, and follow infection control measures. Also, they will be able to apply proper body mechanics in bed making, lifting, and turning patients. This hybrid training program incorporates six asynchronous distance-based days in addition to laboratory time and clinical hours. Program graduates may find entry-level employment as a nurse aide with hospitals and nursing homes.
2 Weeks EKG Program (42+ hours)
This program teaches students a deeper understanding of the cardiovascular system and how it functions, with a focus on acquisition of basic electrocardiogram patient care techniques, and application of legal and ethical responsibilities. Students learn the use of medical instrumentation, electrocardiogram theory, identification of and response to mechanical problems, recognition of cardiac rhythm and response to emergency findings.
2 1/2 Weeks Phlebotomy Program (90 hours)
The Phlebotomy Technician Training Program is a comprehensive 90-hour course that teaches knowledge in technical and procedural aspects of basic phlebotomy, including collection of blood specimens and venipuncture skills. The Phlebotomy Technician Training Program includes didactic theory and hands-on clinical instruction. This program teaches students introductory phlebotomy, infection control principles, introductory cardiovascular anatomy & physiology, phlebotomy equipment & supplies, phlebotomy procedures, and advanced phlebotomy techniques. The Phlebotomy Technician Training Program hybrid, with 90 classroom/lab hours is designed for pupils who want to learn venipuncture & blood withdrawal techniques and/or become a phlebotomy technician.
5 Weeks Medical Assistant Program (144hours)
The Medical Assistant Training Program introduces the theory, skills, tasks and techniques performed by the Medical Assistant and their correlation for caring for the patient in the medical of ice setting. This program covers a mix of technical didactic knowledge and procedural hands-on skills needed to function in the medical front & back of ice setting. Program content includes topics such as provision of assistance with physical exams, injection administrations, basic laboratory skills, assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, vital sign measurement, and generalized medical terms.
CPR Training (4 hours)
Our CPR training class equips participants with essential life-saving skills to respond confidently to cardiac and breathing emergencies. Taught by experienced instructors, this hands-on course covers adult, child, and infant CPR techniques, AED usage, and basic first aid. Whether you're a healthcare professional or a community member, our training ensures you're prepared to make a difference when it matters most. Certification is provided upon successful completion.
